The service
One Wind provides software and content experiences on supported Apple devices. Features may change with updates: new reflections, revised flows, or maintenance that temporarily limits access. We aim for continuity, not chaos.
AI-assisted language
Portions of text may be produced with OpenAI’s models. That output is meant for reflection and motivation, not as a substitute for professional judgment. If you need clinical, legal, or emergency help, seek a qualified human in the real world.
No user-to-user data routing
The app is not a messaging layer between strangers. You do not pass personal payloads to other users through One Wind, and the developer does not operate a community inbox inside the product. Share quotes externally through your device’s normal sharing tools at your own discretion.
Identifiers, analytics, and pushes
A minimal identifier may be used for measurement and reliability (for example Singular for analytics and OneSignal for push delivery). This is described more fully in the Privacy Policy and is intentionally narrow: no ambition to build a personal file on you.
Acceptable use
- Use the app in compliance with Apple’s terms and applicable law.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer the service to extract keys, models, or infrastructure in ways that breach law or contracts.
- Do not use the app to harass, scrape, or overload systems.
Intellectual property
Branding, interface design, and curated assets belong to Wmaster LTD or its licensors unless otherwise noted. You receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the app as offered—nothing here grants you rights to resell the software or misrepresent its origin.
Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every reflection will feel perfect for every moment. Your wellbeing is yours; One Wind is a companion, not a guarantee.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Wmaster LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the app. If liability is found, our aggregate responsibility is limited to what is reasonable for a consumer software product—unless mandatory law says otherwise.
Governing approach
We prefer resolving questions practically first: email us, explain the issue, and we will respond in good faith. If a formal venue is required, it should follow applicable consumer protection rules in your region.
